M.J. and her fiance, Walter Albasi, travel whenever possible trying to bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to The Corn Exchange through eating at various restaurants, exploring farmers markets and meeting and chatting with chefs.

I participated in the Corporation for the Northern Rockies Harvest Dinner in Pray, MT.

I cooked appetizers of 777 Buffalo empanadas with a Chimichurri sauce and Mt. Almathea goat cheese and Garden City (all of Mt.) Shitake Mushroom stuffed Empanadas.
